General Terms of Service

When entering a repair/service contract with Lucky Well, you agree to all of the sections of the following Terms and Conditions. As the consumer you acknowledge that you have made all efforts possible to seek and understand all information contained in Lucky Well’s Terms and Conditions as they relate to you and your selected service.

Mobile Phone Repair Warranty Terms of Service.

Our customer satisfaction guarantee is a promise that we will do everything possible to ensure you receive the highest quality service.

We provide a standard warranty 3 months with every repair that covers from the the date it is picked up.

You may or may not voiding of the manufacturer’s warranty by using our mobile phone repairs service. Please check with your manufacture first.
We are not be liable for any data loss. Please back up your device before bringing your phone to our store.

Repair Warranty applies where the exact same fault occurs or the replaced component fails within 3 months of repair. A 3-month warranty on parts & labor will apply to all repairs completed.

Phones which are faulty due to liquid ingress will have only 90 days warranty on the specific component fixed/replaced or work done (i.e.; no warranty for the failure of any additional components at a later stage). Furthermore, due to possible progressive corrosion, Lucky Well accept no responsibility for any further faults which occur during the time between the quotation and the commencement of repairs.

Collection and Payment
After receiving notification that your device repair is complete, you have a maximum of 60 days to pay and collect it. If your product remains unclaimed, Luckywell reserves the right under law to dispose of that product in whichever way Lucky Well deems fit. This includes the sale of your device with no fiscal compensation to the original owner. Any completed repairs that are not paid or collected within 30 days may incur an additional fee.


There is NO refund for unlocking service once the phone unlocked.

Waterproof Devices
Lucky Well cannot guarantee that waterproof devices will remain waterproof after being repaired. We advise you to take the necessary precautions in relation to waterproof devices and you agree to release us from any loss or damage as a result of your device ceasing to be waterproof.

The Device has no power or cannot be powered on
Luckywell’s repair process involves a thorough device testing both before and after the repair is conducted. If the Lucky Well Technician is unable to test the device prior to the repair due to any of the below listed reasons, Luckywell cannot be held liable for untested functions that do not operate after the repair, due to it’s inability to verify they’re functionality and condition prior to the repair:

  • The Device has no power or cannot be powered on
  • Access to the device and it’s functions is not provided or available
  • The LCD of the device is broken

PLEASE NOTE that there is NO WARRANTY on a phone which has been indicated liquid or physical damage (broken screen) again after the previous repair.

Please keep your receip with Job/Quotes number for warranty.

Its a phone repair job, so your phone may not look like new/original condition even with brand new parts.

Mobile Phone Accessories Warranty Terms of Service.

Only faulty products will be exchange or refund within 30 days. Non faulty returns or change of mind will incur 25% restock fee.

There is no refund on mobile phone cases, you will get the credits for phone accessories as new return back to us for any reason.

Lucky Well holds the right to change the above Terms and Conditions at any time, and it your responsibility to check you have read the most recent revision.

Return and Refund Policy

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you. Change of Mind or Item not Satisfied Returns If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind or not satisfied with your purchase, Lucky Well will offer you exchange, credit or refund provided that:

You return the item within 14 days of purchase.
Provide proof of purchases at the time you return the item.
We may charge 25% handling cost on each item if you simply changed your mind or selected the wrong item. Please choose the parts carefully.
Item is in re-saleable condition including that:
It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
It is undamaged in its original condition.
It is not an on-sale item.
Lucky Well reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned products prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
