Set for Life is changing!
Exciting changes are coming to the Set for Life game on Monday 23 March 2020 (Draw 1691), with pre-sales into the new game starting on Tuesday 17 March 2020.

Shiny & New Division 2 Prize
From the first draw of the new game on Monday 23 March 2020, the first draw of the new Set for Life game, customers will have the chance to win an all new Division 2 prize of $5,000 a month for a year (for up to four winners in every draw). When scanning a Set for Life Division 2 winning ticket through the terminal, you will receive a message advising that a prize has been won and is “Above Payable Limit”. This is different from the message you will receive when scanning a Division 1 winning ticket through the terminal, which will advise that a prize has been won that is “Head Office Payable Only”. Similar to the process for Set for Life Division 1 prizes, Division 2 prizes cannot be paid out in-store. Division 2 winning customers will need to complete a Prize Claim Form and post it to the address specified on the form or attend a head office front counter to redeem.

Draw Suppression
In preparation for these changes, Set for Life Multi-week and Advance entries are temporarily unavailable. From 9pm AEST Monday 13 January 2020 customers will be unable to purchase a Set for Life entry includes a draw on or after Monday 23 March 2020.

Terminology Changes
Changes will be made to align Set for Life to other lottery games.
First Prize and Prize Levels will change to Divisions 1 – 8.
SETs will change to Games
QuickSETs will change to QuickPicks
Bonus Numbers will change to Supplementary Numbers

New Game Matrix
Customers will be required to choose 7 numbers from 44 numbers instead of 8 from 37.

New Winning Combinations & Odds of Winning Reduced
The minimum winning combination required to win a prize will be 3 winning numbers + 1 supplementary number instead of the current winning combination of 4 winning numbers + 1 supplementary number. This will improve the odds of winning any prize from 1 in 59 to 1 in 50 (based on playing 1 game). The odds of winning a Division One prize will slightly improve from 1 in 38,608,020 to 1 in 38,320,568.
